Running on - But Not Today...

Today was to be a swim day, but after yesterday's grouch-fest and morning headache (and the fact I was dragging my butt, bone-tired, all day), I opted for a pure rest day. And a lovely, late afternoon walk in the warm sunshine with Zoe and Ron.
